Laser removal

Laser PMU /Tattoo removal

Laser removes PMU and Tattoo by breaking up the pigment colors with a high-intensity light beam. Black tattoo pigment absorbs all laser wavelengths, making it the easiest color to treat. Other colors can only be treated by selected lasers based upon the pigment color.

It is always better to schedule a consultation to evaluate your PMU/ Tattoo and advise you on the process. The number of treatments you will need depends on the age, size, color and amount of pigment. The color of your skin, as well as how deep the pigment goes, will also affect the removal technique.

Non-laser removal

Non-laser PMU /Tattoo removal

With this method to correct or remove tattoos or PMU the surface of the skin is roughened using a micropigmentation device with a weak lactic acid solution. The solution seeps through the skin layers to the color pigments. The serum causes the protective covering around the color pigments, which previously would have prevented the skin from recognizing the color as a foreign body and rejecting it (or causing inflammation), to separate from the pigments. Then the skin’s immune system recognises the pigment color as a foreign body and initiates a rejection process. The rejected color collects on the skin surface in the scab and falls off after healing.
